New Melting Crucible. This is a new melting crucible. This size is great for use with a melting furnace. This is the best choice for gold, silver, bronze, etc. Made of fused silica with clay bond for melting temperatures up to 2,500°F (1,371°C). Pouring spout measures approximately 3/8" (9.5 mm). The outside measures approximately 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" (89 mm x 89 mm). Inside it measures approximately 3 1/4" x 3" (82.5 mm x 76 mm).
