This natural low density polyethylene dispensing bottle with nozzle features a leak proof screw closure. The white polyethylene screw cap has a pivoting nozzle which can be raised to give a direct jet of liquid as the bottle is squeezed. When the nozzle is closed the passage for liquid is shut off to give an airtight seal at normal pressure, although when the nozzle is partly open it makes an excellent dropping device. When using these tubes, the risk of transmission of bloodborne pathogens associated with broken glass tubes is eliminated. These plastic tubes are better than film-coated glass because they cannot shatter and escape protective wrap. Plastic tubes can be bent or dropped without shattering.
